Travel Notifications

Diamond North recommends notification of your travels outside of Canada at least a week prior to your trip. This ensures you have full access to your funds and can use your MemberCard abroad. Simply visit us in person or give us a call at 1-855-862-4242 and provide the details of the countries/US states you will be visiting along with your travel dates.

- Cash withdrawal limit is $800 per day
- Please note ATMs may have limits different than Diamond North's limits
- Foreign currency debit transactions may be impacted by the currency conversion rate. A 2.5% administration fee is added to the transaction amount presented for authorization on your account
- Additional fees may be charged by ATM owners as part of the transaction amount
- Additional fees maybe reflected in month end service charge fees depending on account type
- Savings accounts will not work out of country
